- Getting you a presence on the internet; setting up the required accounts and even designing web pages for you.
- Giving you training in how you can make best use of your software for what you want to do so you don't get bogged down in things you don't need! For example, making efficient use of Word or how to create your own web pages.
- Help with viruses; how to avoid getting them, how to check that you've not got them and how to get rid of them when you have!
- It's just possible that all that data you think you've lost can still be recovered... provided you've not done anything with the machine since it vanished! Only you know whether your data is valuable enough to be worth trying to get at least some of it back! Still, you have got a back-up, haven't you?...
- Show you how to get round the Web; how to find information and how to locate the vast stock of free and shareware software available out there.
- He can even write you a program to help with that particular problem you've got but that none of the packages you've found seem to cope with!
